Canvas Orientation for Students
Why Canvas?
Starting in Fall 2017, some of your instructors may be using Canvas for their courses. Canvas is one of the two learning management systems currently in use at the University of Minnesota. From Fall 2017 through Spring 2018, you may take classes that use either Canvas, Moodle, or a combination of the two. Beginning in Fall 2019, Canvas will be the only learning management system in use at the University of Minnesota.
This orientation course contains a variety of how-to information and was designed for students who will use Canvas in their courses.
